Warranty

Warranty

AERVO One is built to hold up to regular travel. Here's what's covered if something fails through normal use.

NoteExact warranty terms — including coverage length and what counts as normal wear — are pending final inspection of the physical sample. We won't publish specific claims about durability, zips, or materials until we've verified them ourselves.

What's covered

Genuine manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship — think zips, seams, straps, and hardware failing under normal use, not damage from misuse, accidents, or normal wear over time. We'll publish the exact coverage period once it's confirmed with our supplier.

The compression pump

The vacuum pump included with AERVO One is covered against manufacturing defects. If it fails, contact us with your order details — our replacement process for pump failures is being documented and will be published here.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing on this page limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law, which apply regardless of any policy AERVO publishes.

How to make a claim

Contact us through the Contact page with your order reference, a description of the issue, and photos where relevant. We'll assess it and get back to you with next steps.
