01Does the pump come with the backpack?
Yes. The $159 AERVO One launch offer includes a compatible vacuum pump and Australian delivery. Final pump and charging specifications will be published after sample testing.
02How long will delivery take?
The current supplier-guaranteed estimate is 10–18 days. Every order is planned to include tracking. We will verify the real delivery range through our first test orders before scaling.
03Will it fit every airline's carry-on rules?
No backpack can be guaranteed for every carrier, route and fare. AERVO One is designed with modern carry-on travel in mind, but you should always compare the verified dimensions and packed weight with your airline's current allowance.
04Is the backpack waterproof?
The supplier describes the Oxford exterior as waterproof. We will publish a precise water-resistance claim only after testing the physical sample, zips and seams ourselves.
05What is the returns policy?
A clear Australian returns and faulty-product policy will be published before checkout opens. We will not use blanket no-refund wording or hide the process in fine print.
