AERVO doesn't use customer accounts — order status and tracking are handled by email instead.
Order confirmation
After checkout, Stripe sends a payment receipt to the email address you provided. Your order confirmation number is on that receipt and on the confirmation page shown right after payment.
Shipment tracking
We're finalising the tracking carrier and how tracking numbers get sent to customers with our supplier. Once that's confirmed, tracking details will be emailed automatically after your order ships.
