AERVO doesn't use customer accounts — order status and tracking are handled by email instead.

Order confirmation

After checkout, AERVO emails an order confirmation with your order reference, colour, quantity and total to the email address you provided. The same order reference appears on the confirmation page shown after payment.

Shipment tracking

Tracking details will be emailed after your order has been prepared and dispatched. Tracking can take a short time to update after the carrier first receives the parcel.
