Terms of sale

These are the terms that apply when you place an order with AERVO.

NoteThis is a working draft, not legal advice. It hasn't yet had the Australian legal review required before AERVO opens live checkout (see our launch checklist), and details like our registered business entity and ABN will be added once confirmed.

Orders and pricing

All prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD) and include Australian delivery. Placing an order is an offer to buy; your order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed by Stripe.

Payment

Payment is collected securely through Stripe at the time of order. We don't store your full card details.

Delivery

Delivery estimates are exactly that — estimates, not guarantees. See our Shipping page for the current supplier-guaranteed range.

Returns and warranty

See our Returns and Warranty pages for how change-of-mind, faulty, and damaged items are handled. Nothing here limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Product claims

We aim to only publish product claims (dimensions, materials, capacity, water resistance) that we've verified ourselves against the physical product. Where a specification is still provisional, we say so on the relevant page.

Governing law

These terms are intended to be governed by the laws of Australia. The specific state or territory will be confirmed once AERVO's business registration is finalised.
