Terms of sale

Prices are shown in your selected shopping currency: Australian dollars (AUD), US dollars (USD) or British pounds (GBP). Shipping is included for orders accepted by our shipping calculator. Check your selected items, delivery details, currency and total before paying. Placing an order is an offer to buy; your order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed by Stripe.

Payment is collected securely through Stripe at the time of order. We don't store your full card details.

Cancellation is guaranteed when you contact hello@shopaervo.store within 2 hours of placing the order. After that window, changes are handled on a best-effort basis and may not be possible once fulfilment has started. This does not limit statutory cancellation rights described in our returns policy.

Available destinations and estimated transit times are checked for your cart before payment. Transit estimates start after dispatch; supplier processing is additional and a standard processing timeframe is not yet confirmed. See our shipping page for details. Delivery estimates do not limit your applicable consumer rights.

AERVO offers 30-day change-of-mind returns for eligible unused products. The customer pays change-of-mind return postage and no restocking fee applies. See our returns and product support pages for full details and statutory cancellation rights. Nothing here limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable mandatory consumer protections.

Product photographs and specifications help you choose your product before ordering. Check The Spa Cape size guide and measure your pet before selecting a size. Minor colour differences may occur between screens. This does not affect your rights if a product is materially different from its description.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Australia. Nothing in these terms excludes any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under Australian Consumer Law.
