This explains what information AERVO collects when you use this site or place an order, and how it's used.
Information we collect
When you place an order, we collect the information needed to fulfil it: name, delivery address, email address, and order details. Payment card information is entered directly into Stripe's secure checkout — AERVO never sees or stores your full card number.
Like most websites, this site may also collect basic technical and analytics information (such as pages visited and device type) to understand how the storefront is performing.
How we use it
To process and deliver your order, send order and shipping updates, respond to support requests, and improve the storefront. We don't sell customer information.
Who we share it with
Stripe processes payments and holds payment details under its own privacy and security terms. Supabase stores our order records. Our fulfilment supplier receives the delivery details needed to ship your order. Each of these providers only receives what they need to do their part.
Your rights
You can ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it where we're not required to keep it (for example, for tax or accounting records). Once our support channel is live, requests can be made through the Contact page.
Changes to this policy
We'll update this page as our data practices and business details are finalised, particularly before live checkout opens.
