Privacy policy

When you place an order, we collect the information needed to fulfil it: name, delivery address, email address, contact phone number, and order details. Payment card information is entered directly into Stripe's secure checkout — AERVO never sees or stores your full card number.

We also collect limited first-party analytics information, including an anonymous visitor and session identifier, pages and sections viewed, scroll depth, meaningful button or link clicks, referring website, campaign tags, device category and checkout progression. The tracker does not record what you type into forms, your full payment details or a full IP address.

Anonymous identifiers are stored in your browser so we can understand repeat visits and a single browsing journey. We use this information to find confusing sections, improve the mobile experience and understand whether the storefront helps people reach checkout. You can prevent this first-party tracker from running by enabling your browser's Do Not Track setting.

To process and deliver your order, send order and shipping updates, respond to support requests, and improve the storefront. We don't sell customer information.

Stripe processes payments and holds payment details under its own privacy and security terms. Supabase stores our order records and first-party analytics. Vercel hosts the storefront and provides aggregate site analytics. CJdropshipping, our overseas fulfilment partner, and the carriers handling your parcel receive the contact and delivery details needed to ship your order. Each of these providers only receives what they need to do their part.

You can ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it where we're not required to keep it (for example, for tax or accounting records). Requests can be made through the Contact page or by emailing hello@shopaervo.store.

We may update this policy if our services, providers or legal obligations change. The current version will always be published on this page.
