Shipping & delivery

We offer international delivery wherever our shipping calculator can confirm an available service for your order. Choose your country on the product page you are buying from and enter the requested delivery details. Availability depends on the destination and items in your cart; a country appearing in the list does not guarantee every address is served. Use a street address where possible, as some carriers do not accept PO boxes.

The cart shows the available service's estimated transit time after dispatch. Supplier processing and order preparation happen before dispatch and are additional to that estimate. We have not yet confirmed a standard processing timeframe, so the transit estimate is not a total order-to-delivery promise.

Transit times can vary with the destination, carrier and customs clearance. If you need an item by a particular date, contact us before ordering. If an order is delayed, contact us so we can investigate. These estimates do not limit your applicable consumer rights.

Shipping is free for orders accepted by our shipping calculator. If no eligible service is available for your destination and cart, checkout will not proceed. Review the order total and currency before paying.

Every order includes tracking. We'll email the tracking details after the order has been prepared and dispatched. Tracking can take a short time to update after the carrier first receives the parcel. You can also track your order here.
