Shipping & delivery

AERVO One ships direct from our supplier to addresses in Australia. Delivery is included in the $159 AUD launch price — there is no separate shipping charge.

NoteThe 10–18 day estimate is the range our supplier has guaranteed. We're verifying it against real Australian test orders before we rely on it for paid advertising, and we'll tighten this page once we have that data.

Where we ship

At launch, AERVO ships to addresses within Australia only. We don't currently support international orders, PO boxes may not be accepted by our courier, and we'll confirm any exclusions here as we learn them.

Delivery estimate

Our supplier's guaranteed delivery range is 10–18 days from when an order is placed. This includes processing time on the supplier's side before the parcel is handed to a courier. Estimates aren't guarantees — unexpected delays can happen, and we'll update you if yours is running long.

Shipping cost

Free. Every AERVO One order includes Australian delivery in the $159 AUD price — nothing is added at checkout.

Tracking

Every order is intended to include tracking. We're finalising the exact carrier and tracking format with our supplier and will publish that detail here once it's confirmed, along with how you'll receive your tracking number.
